The eWorks Platform currently offers users a digital development service for Suitability Assessment Questionnaire’s (SAQ’s) and the digital development of Instructions to Tenderers (ITT’s) documents when using the open procedure.
For first time users your organisation must register on the platform and grant access rights to specified individuals.

Designed to streamline the suitability assessment process for public works procurement, this portal offers an intuitive and efficient platform to set assessment criteria and evaluate an applicant’s suitability.
Whether you are a construction consultancy, contractor or a contracting authority, the portal supports informed decision-making to ensure the successful delivery of public projects.
eSAQs are securely stored on the cloud-based platform for easy access and can be reviewed and edited prior to publication. They are responded to digitally by applicants and records of the responses are maintained in the platform for audit purposes. The procurement process is via eTenders.
